If your wedding stationery proof is signed off for print after Monday 4th December, we cannot guarantee that your stationery will be delivered before Christmas. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your stationery before Christmas.

We often deliver well within our time frames but we are advising customers to please allow for the following turnaround times whilst we're on Maternity Leave:
Wall Art and Greetings Cards: 2-5 working days
Wedding and Event Stationery: 10-14 working days (following approval of proof)
Proofs are emailed digitally within 1-2 working days of placing your order and receiving all personalisation information required. Please double check your email address is correct at the checkout as we will use this one to send you your proof.
Please allow 1-2 days per set of changes.
We will print your order when we have received confirmation by email that you require no further changes and are happy for your design to go to print.
Please note that not all products include a digital proof so please check the product descriptions or ask if you are unsure. All invitations, save the dates, order of service, menus and seating plans include proofs.
