This website includes materials that are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the information, material, products or services on this website.
Although we do our utmost to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Products and Services
Colours when viewed on screen or printed on your printer may not look the same as the printers that The Stationery Garden use. Colour can vary slightly between print runs and therefore we recommend that all of your stationery is printed at the same time. In addition, note that the colour may also differ from a previous sample you may have received.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and hand finished items, there may be slight differences from item to item in addition to any samples supplied. These are not deemed as faulty.
If for any reason, products from our suppliers change or become unavailable, an alternative will be offered of the same or better quality at no additional cost. Continuity of design cannot be guaranteed if the same or matching items are ordered at separate times, however The Stationery Garden will endeavor to match these items as closely as possible.
We shall not be obliged at any time to give working copies of any design files or materials to you.
Designs that feature small parts and embellishments are not suitable for children.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected, it is your responsibility to ensure the products meet your needs.
Sample products will not be personalised. The designs remain the property of The Stationery Garden and neither you or a third party may copy or reproduce samples in any way.
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices due to errors on our website or any literature.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Proofs (personalised products only)
The Stationery Garden will send you a digital proof in pdf format of the final design(s) for your approval prior to printing. This will be sent to you by email within 3 working days of receiving your order and all of your personalisation information. Proofs will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of purchase, unless you notify us otherwise. We are not responsible for any email delivery failure caused by incorrect email addresses given to us or by settings that apply on your email address restricting emails with large attachments being received (up to 5MB). We advise you to check your junk email and spam folders before contacting us if you have not received your proof within the timeframe.
Your approval should be given in writing, by email, to proceed to printing. It is the responsibility of the client to thoroughly check spelling, grammar, punctuation and for other errors in the digital proof. Although we endeavor to provide the highest standards in our work, The Stationery Garden does not accept any liability for mistakes or errors. Any amendments requested after you have given us your approval will incur additional costs and any reprints required will be charged in full.
Three sets of reasonable revisions are included free of charge in your order. A reasonable revision includes the addition, removal or change to any text item on our designs and minor layout changes (such as adding a guest name line) and excludes major changes to layout, colour, patterns or other design features. The Stationery Garden reserves the right to determine revisions that are not reasonable at any time. Such reasonable revisions will be responded to within 3 working days. Any additional revisions or major design changes will be charged at an hourly rate of £35 which will be quoted at the time of the request. Any required amendments must be given clearly by email.
The Stationery Garden will work with you to ensure that you get your stationery in a timely fashion.
We request that you complete all of the applicable personalisation options and input the information that you require printing on your stationery during checkout. This is the fastest way for us to process your order. Alternatively, you may supply your information to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order reference.
The Stationery Garden Ltd are not responsible for any delay caused by the client.
Once your design(s) have been approved, stationery will be printed, hand finished where required, collated and dispatched within 14 working days. The Stationery Garden will keep you updated if due to unforeseen circumstances, these timings cannot be met.
Orders must be paid for in full before any products are shipped.
Due to printing requirements and the time to set up the artwork, the minimum order quantity for personalised stationery is specified on the product listing . Orders of less than minimum order quantity will be cancelled by us and a full refund will be given within 7 working days.
There is no maximum order quantity.

Design Property / Copyright
All designs and concepts are the copyright and property of The Stationery Garden Limited. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way.
You must credit The Stationery Garden fully, if you use any of our work on social media, printed media or on your website.
The Stationery Garden may use stationery designs or photography from your order on social media, on our website, in marketing literature or for samples. We also reserve the right to publish, copy and distribute any feedback or comments that you send to us at any time.
You are responsible for obtaining copyright for any images, hymns, poems or any other material you provide for use in your stationery and ensure that you indemnify The Stationery Garden against any action brought against it for a third party’s copyright.
