Wedding Stationery isn’t just about invitations, it is also a key element of your wedding decor. It is often the very first glimpse of your wedding theme, colour and style that any of your guests will see and it is also those little details on the day that pull everything together and create lasting memories in your photographs.  

Before your wedding you may want to think about sending ‘will you be my…’ cards to your wedding parties, save the dates and invitations. ‘On the Day’ stationery can include menus, place cards, a table plan, signage amongst many more creative elements.

Save the dates can be sent out as soon as you have confirmed your wedding date! If your wedding is abroad or if accommodation is limited, you can also include details of your chosen venue. We recommend these are sent out between 8-12 months before your wedding.

Invitations are usually sent out between 4-6 months before your wedding date. If your guests need to book accommodation and transport, you may want to send them earlier. It is helpful to work backwards from when you need to confirm your final numbers to your suppliers and make sure you leave enough time for your guests to respond.

If you have your own ideas of what you’d like, we’d love to help them to become a reality.

You’ll probably need to order your on the day stationery at a later stage to your invitations, once you have your confirmed guests and decided on your menu. Please do feel free to enquire early to discuss your ideas. Details can be firmed up along with payment nearer to the big day.

We recommend that on the day stationery orders are placed at least 8 weeks before your wedding date. We appreciate that you may be waiting on final details at this point but these can be provided later, but 2-4 weeks should be allowed for for printing depending on your order. Get in touch and we would be happy to advise further.

For bespoke designs, the design process can take an additional 4-8 weeks depending on availability, but we always endeavor to work to client timescales and can advise on an individual design basis.

We recommend that you order at least 10 additional invitations or save the dates. You should allow for one invitation per couple, family or individual.
